I’m making a CHANGE

I thought I’d kick off 2024 by sharing a personal LinkedIn post from earlier today. It doesn’t need much intro other than to say that I’m keen to meet people, to help them and see what is possible in our industry.

I’m making a CHANGE.
I’m leaving my JOB.
I’m going after NEW OPPORTUNITIES.

Was there anything wrong with what I’ve done for the last few years, absolutely not. My employers were great and I only look back with positive memories.

But I’ve seen things which made me realise I want to be the master of my own destiny. I want the ability and freedom to follow-up on interesting leads, work on all sorts of cool stuff and shape the future of an industry.

My focus at Propetual will be construction and real estate with links to sustainable development and the circular economy (no surprise here!). I'm coming at this from first principles and believe we can do more with less.

I’ve got so many ideas, it's actually hard to focus.

But I want to hear more ideas. I want to be part of all the interesting conversations on tech, new businesses, collaborations and partnerships. The construction and real estate industry has so much potential, I can’t wait to lean into it fully.
